Alanda serves as a Senior Manager II at Walmart and has the responsibility for leading the Walmart People Development Program that builds a pipeline of diverse, early-career talent through an Internship and Rotational Program. She joined the company in January 2019, after a dynamic multi-faceted career journey that includes leading teams and corporate strategy at AT&T, Verizon, and Pepsi Co. In addition, Alanda has held the roles of Educator and Entrepreneur. Alanda is an experienced, visionary, and impactful leader, with proven success in leading teams, executing cross-functional corporate strategy, and developing future leaders.
 

Alanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from D’Youville College, an M.B.A. from Medaille College, and her SHRM-CP credentials. Originally from Buffalo, NY, by the way of Atlanta, GA, she has settled in Bentonville, AR. 
 

Professionally, Alanda has a passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, driving impactful results and developing herself and other. For fun, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and travelling.
