Rhoda Wright is a Senior Manager, Business Strategy at Walmart Inc. where she works in accelerating customer-centric solutions through innovative corporate strategies. She has over 10 years of experience in the tech, non-profit, and healthcare industries.

Her expertise in data analytics, project management, global health has led her to numerous areas of work in improving processes and being a changemaker. Prior to her current role, she worked as a tech lead for the Walmart Foundation as a systems administrator and data analyst and was responsible for tech enablement for National Campaigns in over 4,000 stores and clubs, grant system management among others. Her experiences and upbringing has contributed a lot to how she relates to people and her leadership skills.

She is a native of Newark, NJ, and prides herself in giving back through mentorship and community involvement.  She is a graduate of HowardUniversity, where she obtained her BS in Healthcare Management; Georgetown University with an MS in Global Health; and an MBA from Liberty University.

She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and blogging.
